1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Bloom Heating & Cooling ("Company," "we," "us") for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Bloom Heating & Cooling, including installation, maintenance, repair, and emergency services at 10731 Revere Cir, Mokena, IL 60448.

2. Services

We provide commercial HVAC services including but not limited to installation, preventative maintenance, system repair, and 24/7 emergency services. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians. The scope of each project will be outlined in a written estimate or proposal before work begins.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary from estimates if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.

5. Warranties

Bloom Heating & Cooling provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and vary by product. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Emergency Services

Emergency service calls are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (708) 606-2957. Emergency service rates may differ from standard service rates. We will make every effort to respond to emergency calls as quickly as possible, though response times may vary based on demand and location.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule non-emergency appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched.

8. Liability

Bloom Heating & Cooling maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage resulting from normal wear and tear, or issues caused by third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Will County, Illinois.

10. SMS Communications

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Bloom Heating & Cooling, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to appointment reminders, service notifications, account alerts, customer care messages, and other approved campaign communications at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt in by texting JOIN to 610-510-8689 or through another consent method expressly provided by Bloom Heating & Cooling. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request help by replying HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive SMS messages at that number. You are responsible for notifying Bloom Heating & Cooling if your mobile number changes.

Bloom Heating & Cooling and its service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and other factors outside our reasonable control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
